This is how the step-by-step process might look for you.

Find Strategic Partnerships, agents, or distributors

  • To save you time and costs, we will build a list of selected potential distributors and/or agents to place your products in Latin American countries.

  • Each candidate is selected and evaluated based on parameters such as experience, product knowledge and market knowledge, operational metrics, business compliance, financials, info systems, size, strengths, and company culture.

  • Those key parameters are cross-matched and compared to your products/services, corporate priorities, strengths, and expectations for each country or region.

  • Better-fitted potential partners are jointly selected for a straight-forward negotiation where the key discussion points are already known, so the meetings flow, and decisions can be made swiftly.

  • We also provide you with inter-cultural tips and country information to make your meetings more agreeable.

  • Once each partner is selected and a pre-agreement is reached, we can supply a business plan outline, review how your products/services fit into their strategic plan, a follow-up plan for your regional manager and even a model contract for both parties.
